1. Who we are
Apex Academy, an Apex DMIT company, is run by Apex Data Management & IT Ltd and is based at Block E, Catharsis Tower, House #133, Road 12, Banani, Dhaka 1213. By registering, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Registration
Your seat is confirmed once your payment is verified. We then email your confirmation, registration reference and receipt.
3. Payment
Prices are in BDT per participant. Early-bird prices apply only to payments completed before the deadline. Payments are processed securely by SSLCommerz, and we never see your card or wallet details.
4. Cancellations and refunds
See our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
5. Programme changes
If we cancel a programme or change its date, you can choose a full refund.
6. Materials and conduct
Course materials are for your own use. Please don’t record sessions or share materials without our permission, and treat trainers and other participants with respect.
7. Legal
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We may update them, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
