1. Who we are
Apex Academy, an Apex DMIT company, is run by Apex Data Management & IT Ltd and is based at Block E, Catharsis Tower, House #133, Road 12, Banani, Dhaka 1213. We are responsible for your information.
2. What we collect
Your name, company, designation, email and WhatsApp number, and payment details such as the amount, method and transaction ID. Card and wallet details are entered on SSLCommerz’s secure page and never reach us.
3. How we use it
To manage your registration, take payment, send your confirmation and programme updates, and keep the records the law requires.
4. Photos, videos and recordings
We take photos and videos at our sessions and may share them on our website, social media and other promotional channels. We also record our online live classes and share the recordings with that programme’s participants.
If you’d rather not appear, tell us when you arrive or at the start of the session (in online classes you can keep your camera off), and we’ll leave you out of what we publish. You can also ask us to remove a published photo or video of you at any time. We never publish what participants share about their own companies.
5. Who we share it with
Only SSLCommerz, to process payments, and service providers that help us run our programmes. We never sell your information, share your contact details with other participants or sponsors, or show third-party ads. Apex Academy is responsible for any information we share.
6. Your choices
Email aa@apexdmit.com to see, correct or delete your information. We keep records only as long as the law requires. We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
